Upon arrival they were met with over fifteen Burma Army soldiers from Light Infantry Battalion (LIB) 598, who captured and tortured the IDPs, then released all but three. The next day, on Aug. 21 in Shwe Gyin Town (Hsaw Hti Township), the Burma Army captured 50 people for forcible conscription to their army.<\/p><p style=\"Margin:0;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;font-family:arial, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, sans-serif;line-height:21px;letter-spacing:0;color:#333333;font-size:14px\"><br><\/p><p style=\"Margin:0;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;font-family:arial, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, sans-serif;line-height:21px;letter-spacing:0;color:#333333;font-size:14px\">The same day, in Toe Ta Dah Village (Ler Doh Township), Rangers distributed food to IDPs.
