KNLA responded with mortars, drones, and machine guns, with the two sides exchanging heavy fire. Around 1715 hours, two KNDO soldiers, Saw Nanu and Saw Lahore, were killed by Burma Army artillery fire. After the program, Rangers provided airstrike preparedness training after the school requested it. Many families sent their children to this boarding school away from the fighting area for their personal safety, and enrollment is expected to grow to nearly 700 next year; they want to reduce their risk from Burma military airstrikes. That same day, Rangers instructed 76 people in first aid training, including resistance soldiers, local civil workers, and civilians. <\/p><p style=\"Margin:0;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;font-family:arial, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, sans-serif;line-height:21px;letter-spacing:0;color:#333333;font-size:14px\"><br><\/p><p style=\"Margin:0;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;font-family:arial, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, sans-serif;line-height:21px;letter-spacing:0;color:#333333;font-size:14px\">On July 18, Rangers met a young widow, whose husband was killed by a Burma military rocket on March 12, 2025, just days before their first wedding anniversary. KNLA responded with mortars, drones, and machine guns, with the two sides exchanging heavy fire. Around 1715 hours, two KNDO soldiers, Saw Nanu and Saw Lahore, were killed by Burma Army artillery fire. After the program, Rangers provided airstrike preparedness training after the school requested it. Many families sent their children to this boarding school away from the fighting area for their personal safety, and enrollment is expected to grow to nearly 700 next year; they want to reduce their risk from Burma military airstrikes. That same day, Rangers instructed 76 people in first aid training, including resistance soldiers, local civil workers, and civilians. <\/p><p style=\"Margin:0;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;font-family:arial, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, sans-serif;line-height:21px;letter-spacing:0;color:#333333;font-size:14px\"><br><\/p><p style=\"Margin:0;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;font-family:arial, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, sans-serif;line-height:21px;letter-spacing:0;color:#333333;font-size:14px\">On July 18, Rangers met a young widow, whose husband was killed by a Burma military rocket on March 12, 2025, just days before their first wedding anniversary.
