Muthraw (Papun) District
1) Burma Army is conducting offensive patrols in Muthraw (Papun) District
from camps on the Kyauk Kyi-Hsaw Hta Road. On 22 May, the Burma Army ambushed a group of Karen near the road, vicinity Waw La Mu Der Village, killing one person.<\/p>\n

Toungoo District
2) On 24 May, Tactical Operations Command (TOC) 663 of DIV 66 ordered 350 civilians to carry military supplies to support their operations.<\/p>\n

Mon Township, Nyaunglebin District
3) 24 May 2006, 1 battalion of the Burma Army (suspected to be LIB 68) is now patrolling in northern Mon Township in an area where IDPs are hiding.<\/p>\n
