The medics put the patient on a intravenous drip, gave him local anesthesia   and then sutured the inside of this man&#8217;s mouth and upper gums. Then they sutured   his lip and nose. After the operation the patient was given antibiotics and   sent to a mobile clinic a 1 day walk away.
